Orders

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover, PayPal. Just select your method of payment when placing an order. 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Of course. www.bodykreme.com is hosted on a secure server that uses the latest SSL security technology to process orders. 

SSL is the industry standard today for secure commerce transactions. All of your personal information, including credit card #, 

name, and address, is encrypted so that it cannot be read 

as the information travels over the Internet.

Shipping

How do I qualify for free shipping?

It is all up to the vendor that lists the applicable item. in any event, when adding the item to your cart it will 

show whether or not  the shipping is free or otherwise               

How long is my merchandise shipped after I place an order?                                          

Our vendors are well advised to process orders on the same day they come in on weekdays with a cut-off time 

of 3:00 pm after  which an order received will be shipped on the next business day. Also, note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be 

shipped on the next business day.                                                                          

Where are orders shipped from?                

All orders are currently shipped from the fulfillment center of the vendor that lists the product(s) or item(s) in 

question  on www.bodykreme.com.

Returns

All returns should be shipped back to the related vendors at the original  address of shipment along with a prompt 

notification email to www.bodykreme.com no more than 7 days of receipt of merchanchise. Your payment will be 

returned to you upon confirmation from the vendor that the merchandise has been returned.

Post/Repost

How do I post an item for sale or service?

First log in, then click on Post it; fill out the uploading form, upload the photos for your listing.

If using a smart phone, take the photo of the item you wish to list, then click or tap on the submit button.

How do I amend a post?

Once logged in, click on my account/the red button on the upper right hand side of the homepage.

Click or tap on manage my posts; open the desired post; click or tap on the edit button. Then, overwrite upon any 

box of the Amend form to make any change you wish. 

When you finish making all the changes, click or tap on the submit button.

How do I delete a post?

Once logged in, click on my account/the red button on the upper right hand side of the homepage.

Click or tap on manage my posts;  then click or tap on the delete button of the desired post to 
permanently delete  it. 

What size of images can be uploaded?

Remember to upload images that are less than 5 MB  in size and are either pngs or jpegs. If you ever 

attempt  to upload images that do not fit these criteria, you will be running the risk of not  seeing your 

applicable images uploaded altogether. if this occurs, take a photograph of the items that 

you tried to upload, adjust the size to under 5 MB, then upload successfully.
